  This is a wonderful community center, welcome to ALL! A great place for Friday prayers, family activities and countless volunteer opportunities.

  South Metro Islamic Center located in the heart of Rosemount where population is 21,000, is a place where you are welcomed with open arms and the congregation is warm and generous. Mostly comprised of Indo Pakistani people, Jumah khutbahs are always filled with interesting topics and all in English (nice to understand for all attendants) and the Center needs help for fundraising new Mega facility (library, gym, daycare area, weekend classrooms, state of art wudu area, game room for children, study room, cafeteria, ect...) Brother Rizwan is the most kindest man you can meet and a wonderful friend to make and will give you a tour of the Center. Alot of parking space but needs more people for daily prayers (empty ussually) and more unity as a community. Every month they host a Potluck dinner after Maghrib (1st of every Saturday beginning every month) filled with delicious Desi cuisines and sweet treats. Great place for family to gather and feel at home away from home where you are not judged at all! May God bless this place and it's staff for being so kind hearted!
